THE DETAILS

This project was a complete home renovation where we took an older home that was once at the peak of style and had since become outdated and needed a refresh for this young family moving from Chicago. This project was done in perfect order as far as processes and we were able to have a seamless renovation from start to finish. The client and I began work on the finish selections for the home. All new cabinetry was selected for the kitchen and five bathrooms as well as all the plumbing, lighting, and flooring. The kitchen and Master bathroom were completely transformed with more emphasis placed on the layout and how this family lived and needed their home to function.

Once all the selections were made, we interviewed local contractors so we could find the best fit for my client and her project. With everything already selected and approved, pricing and scheduling was a breeze, and we only experience minor speed bumps along the way (which what construction project doesn’t have their hiccups here and there?). While the contractor went to work on the renovation, we selected all the decorative touches and furniture for the home all the way from the foyer to the upstairs bedrooms. It was such a pleasure being a part of this home renovation and we are working on their newest home now in South Tampa.
